ToSThese Terms of Service ("ToS") govern the agreement between the artist ("Honey.yybun") and the client ("Client") for the provision of art commission services. By entering into an art commission agreement with the Artist, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms.

1. Commission Agreement:
1.1 The Client agrees to provide a clear and detailed description of the desired artwork, including size, medium, subject matter, style, and any specific requirements or references.
1.2 The Artist reserves the right to decline a commission request if the requested content conflicts with their personal beliefs, contains offensive or illegal material, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the Artist.2. Pricing and Payment:
2.1 Payment for the commission will be made in full upon completion, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties. The Artist will not provide the final artwork or release any rights until full payment has been received.
2.2 The Artist reserves the right to adjust prices for future commissions without prior notice, but any ongoing commissions will not be affected by the price changes.3. Artwork Approval and Revisions:
3.1 The Artist will provide updates on the progress of the artwork at agreed-upon intervals or upon request.
3.2 The Client will have the opportunity to provide feedback and request reasonable revisions during the creation process, within the scope of the original agreement.
3.3 Excessive revisions or changes outside the scope of the original agreement may incur additional charges at the discretion of the Artist.4. Copyright and Usage:
4.1 The Artist retains full copyright and intellectual property rights of the commissioned artwork, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4.2 The Artist reserves the right to display and promote the commissioned artwork on their portfolio, website, social media, or other platforms, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4.3 The Client is granted personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable rights to use the commissioned artwork for personal purposes, such as printing, displaying, and sharing online. Commercial usage rights must be negotiated separately and may incur additional fees.5. Cancellation and Refunds:
5.1 Either party may cancel the commission at any time by providing written notice to the other party. However, the Client may not receive a refund of the deposit or any payments made if the Artist has already commenced work on the commission.
5.2 If the Artist is unable to complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances, they will refund any payments made by the Client in full.6. Confidentiality:
6.1 Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the commission process strictly confidential and not to disclose it to any third parties, unless required by law.By engaging in an art commission with the Artist, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined in this ToS.
